AM Gadget 07 Days Easy Exchange/Return

AM Gadget offers an easy exchange/return process if you are not satisfied with the product quality. You must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product from the delivery person. We appreciate your trust in us and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Rest assured; all products sold on amgadget.com.bd are brand new. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange/return within 07 days of receiving your product (outside Dhaka: 12 days). We will resolve the issue within the next 7 working days (for Dhaka), or 10 working days (outside Dhaka). A refund is also available in such cases.

Note: Items sold under Sale or Discount offers can only be exchanged or returned if they are defective or damaged. Items that are damaged cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

 

Return/Exchange Process

1. Contact Us: Share the issue you're facing, including your Order ID or Invoice, and email us at amgadget360@gmail.com or call our Hotline at 01322-141454 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Confirmation: We will confirm your exchange/return request and guide you on the next steps, including pickup or further instructions.
3. Product Condition: Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Include all tags, labels, original packaging, invoices, and the product itself.
4. Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery and return the product within 07 days.

 

 

Return Delivery Charges

AM Gadget will bear the return delivery charge if:

• You received a defective or damaged product.
• There is an issue with the size or color.
• The product is different from the description on our website.

You will bear the return delivery charge if:

• You change your mind after the product has been delivered.

 

 

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• You are dissatisfied with the product's quality.
• The size or color doesn’t meet your expectations.
• The product is different from the description on the website.

Note: Returns can occur in two stages:

• At the time of delivery (if previously agreed upon).
• After delivery, if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

 

 

Non-returnable Items

• Products sold as combos or in sets are not eligible for individual returns.
• Used products cannot be returned.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unsoiled with their original tags.
• Items must be in original packaging.

 

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. We will issue a refund in the following situations:

• We are unable to deliver the product.
• A system error or wrong pricing results in an incorrect order.
• We cannot provide a replacement.
• You received a product different from your order.

Refund Process:

• Most refunds are processed within 5-15 days after we receive the returned product. (Credit card payments may take longer due to bank processing times).
• For mobile wallet payments (bKash, Rocket, Nagad), refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

2. Confirmation: We will confirm the refund request and provide you with further instructions.

Important: If you received cashback, free delivery, or any promotional offer during your payment, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the refund.

 

 

Refund Eligibility:

• If the returned item does not meet the requirements mentioned above, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
• If your return request is rejected, the item will be sent back to you within 6-8 days. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
